Due Diligence Processes:

  • Supplier, partner, client and contractor due diligence process pre-engagement, any issues identified these are flagged by the client lead to the CEO for review and go/no-go. The process includes:
    • Confirmation of company registration
    • Confirmation policies are in place
    • Review track Record of activity and performance for any ‘red flag’ activity
    • Review company values
    • Review company client base for any ‘red flag’ engagements
    • Check against Offices of Financial Sanctions (UK)*
  • Supplier, partner and contractor reviewing on an annual basis based on the above check points to ensure continued compliance with our Modern Slavery Statement.

If a have identified a risk in any involved party this needs to be escalated to the CEO of Multiply Technology Ltd and (if applicable) their company’s representative for review and decision making. Where a staff member, contractor, supplier, client or partner of Multiply Technology Ltd become subject to a sanction they need to make the CEO of Multiply Technology Ltd aware immediately to take necessary action.

Training:

All staff and contractors will have gone through an on-boarding session including visibility and description of the Modern Slavery Statement.

At the annual review all staff and contractors will be provided with up to date statements and process to escalate and concerns or questions.

Our Effectiveness in Eliminating Modern Slavery

No modern slavery has taken place in Multiply Technology Ltd or their supply chains, partners or clients.
